1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The item was purchased from CuddleFab
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@cuddlefab.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided return address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CuddleFab is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@cuddlefab.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
