We offer
free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — FREE on orders ₹999+
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — ₹99
- Same Day Delivery: Available in select cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) — ₹149
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our
Track Order page or directly on the courier's website.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all pin codes across India. For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an alternate contact number.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at
support@cuddlefab.com with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it promptly.
